Complete cotton and SISAL bias fabric production system for metal polishing disc manufacturers.
The system consists of two machines:
1.0 TUBESEWING MACHINE CLASS GCT/SISAL.
Max open fabric width: 200cm.
Seamed tubular collected in a box with flat folding device
Feeding of open fabric flat folded from a pallet or from rolls with cradle unwinder device for rolls of maximum diameter 70cm (25" 1/2) and maximum weight 400kg (880 lbs).
Stitching speed:
(a) Up to 15 mt/min with special overlock sewing machine for heavy cotton.
Fully automatic operation
(b) Up to 7.5 mt/min with special sewing machine for SISAL fabric.
Sewing with assistance from operator.
2.0 SPR/SISAL CLASS BIAS CUTTING MACHINE.
Fully automatic system for bias cutting from flat folded tubular fabrics.
Adjustable cutting speed up to 60mt/min (66 yd/min)
Rotating disc unwinder for flat folded tubular fabrics at floor level with mechanism placed in an excavation below the floor level
Numerically controlled high speed biascutting machine with biascutting angle from 15° to 78°. Adjustable biascutting speed up to 60 mt/min.
Automatic biascutting machine. Maximum roll diameter 150 cm. Cutting speed adjustable till 60 mt/min
Automatic biascutting machine. Maximum cutting speed 20 Mt/min.
Numerically controlled high speed biascutting machine. Adjustable biascutting speed up to 60 mt/min.
Semiautomatic tubesewing machine. Horizontal folding triangle. Maximum width of the open fabric 200cm (78")
